Hi there rebel ideapreneurs 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

Ella writes a newsletter that teaches total beginners how to draw — adults who think they have no talent.
She taught herself from scratch as an adult, with zero art background.

She's sure anyone can learn, no matter how their school art class went.

Ella's readers have wanted to draw for years — they just don't know where to start.

⛳️ Problem:

Ella has 2,000 readers and sells one thing: a $30 guide.
When she wants more income, she knows only one lever — get more readers.

But readers grow slowly, so her income has been flat for months. That one hurts.

Her struggle:
She only has one thing to sell, so the only way to earn more is to get more readers.

🔥 The recipe

➡️ The value ladder

Think about a coffee shop.
You come in for a $3 coffee, but there's also a $6 pastry and a $40 bag of beans.

The same customer spends more, because there's a next thing to buy.
And liking the coffee is what makes the beans an easy yes.

That's what Russell Brunson teaches.
He co-founded ClickFunnels and grew it, with no investors, past $100 million a year.

His big idea, from the book DotCom Secrets, is the value ladder.

The idea: don't offer just one thing. Build a ladder of offers that rise in price and value.
Someone buys the small first thing, it helps them, so they happily climb to the next.

Every step up the ladder, that same reader spends more — like the coffee shop customer buying the beans too.

More subscribers is only one way to grow.
A ladder of offers gets each reader to spend more over time.

You can start building one today.

🚗 So Ella tried it her way.

Here's Ella and her flat income from one $30 guide, again.
Her only lever was "get more readers," and readers grew slowly.

So she built a value ladder instead.
Spoiler: same readers, more income.

Turns out, she kept the $30 guide as the first rung — the easy first thing a stranger says yes to.
Above it she added a $99 four-week "learn to draw" course, for people who wanted more.

And at the top, a $300 small-group critique program, for the few who were serious.

Same 2,000 readers, but now three rungs instead of one.
A handful climbed to the course, a few to the critiques — and her income jumped, no new readers needed.

Ka-ching.

She didn't have to wait for the audience to grow.
She got more of her existing readers to spend more — and that's what finally moved her income.

🧸 More readers is just one way to grow. Build a ladder of offers, and the same readers spend more.

The prompt below turns your single offer into a value ladder that grows income per reader.
You just tell it what you sell now and who you help.

🏄‍♀️ The prompt

  1. Save this prompt as a Skill or add to Project in your favorite AI tool — build once, use often.

  2. Update your input values in the prompt, or just run it as is. Your AI sidekick will use the example values and give you an output.

CONTEXT:
- (use what's available, fall back to the inline values)
- If my Voice Profile exists, write in that voice. Otherwise, write in a clear, warm, no-jargon voice — first-person, plain words, no startup-speak.
- If my ICP / Audience doc exists, target that reader. Otherwise, use the audience below.

Inputs:

What I sell now, and my audience size:
{e.g. one $30 guide on learning to draw, 2,000 readers}

Who I help and the results they want (from just starting to going deep):
{e.g. adults who "can't draw" — from drawing their first sketch to real, confident work}

What a more serious version of my help could look like (more access, more depth, more done-with-them):
{e.g. a full course, then a small-group critique program}

For Outcome: {e.g. a 3-rung value ladder — a low first offer, a mid offer, and a premium one}

Outputs:
1. My value ladder — three ascending offers (entry / mid / premium), each with a plain name, price, and who it's for.
2. The climb logic — why a happy buyer of each rung would naturally want the next one.
3. The first rung fix — how to make my cheapest offer an easy yes that leads upward.
4. The next offer to build — the single rung to add first for the biggest income jump, with no new readers.

Then name the ONE "just get more subscribers" habit I lean on, and the ladder rung I should build instead.

That's it, my fellow rebels!
