- No apologising for the price
- No "it depends" — give them something concrete
- No hedging language — confident, warm, direct
- Short. Nothing longer than 5 sentences per response.
Here's what changed:
❌ Before: "So my rate is $75 an hour... and usually a project like this takes maybe 40-50 hours, so it's probably around $3,000-$4,000 or so? It depends on scope."
✅ After: "First call response: 'My Brand Foundation package runs $9,500 for a 6-week engagement.
